I decided to try one of those online translators to figure out what the hell you are saying- mostly because I figured today you'd mention the crazy non-dinner from hell. This is what it gave me:

Ok Carrie, here is the English translation:
Greetings,
Last night the ceromony took longer than we expected and we had agreed to meet for dinner with my sister and her husband at 8:30pm, but the ceromony was not finished until nine. Thus, my sister and her husband had to wait a long time.
After the ceromony my grandmother was tired (because the ceromony had been so long!) and my aunt asked me to take them home, thus in the end, I didn't get any dinner whatsoever.
Today, I decided again to not go to my Latin and Palaeography classes, because I have an important essay due which I haven't started.
